*5th Person - full size inflatable or fold up bed $25.00 per night or $100.00 per week

Portacot with bedding $15.00 per visit (subject to availability).

High Season - Xmas / New Year fortnight and Easter week: Add 15% to standard daily rate

 

Booking Conditions

Bookings not secured by a deposit cannot be guaranteed.
A deposit is required within 7 days of placing a booking
Deposits can be made by credit card or direct credit to our bank account,.
All bookings are subject to Waterfront Marina Villas Cancellation Policy
Tariffs are subject to change without notice
Minimum 2 night bookings for high season, public holidays, regatta weekends and Seafood Festival
Please note: Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with 14 days notice or less will incur an administration fee of $100.00
All other cancellations will incur an administration fee of $50.00.
Failure to show will incur one night’s accommodation cost.
All bookings can be transferred to a later date.
